UP WHAT - THE Y2K STRATEGY

fear was at an all time high in late 1999. the world was racing to avoid
a potential digital disaster while contemplating the end of a century.
as the clock ticked, the elmwood vigilante worked to complete his debut LP.
up what - the y2k strategy was finished in october 1999.

bill's afraid of y2k was written about bill, who lost his mind at century's
end while feeling bad was actually written about feeling good. former
president william jefferson clinton helps out with a brief instructional
in the song 3:33. often, commercial artists write filler material, songs
created to take up space on short albums. pajama party and bad girls go to hell
are exactly that. but they are kinda funny so fuck it. at the end of the record
are alternakids and streetpeople, the first two songs ever created by the
elmwood vigilante back in 1995.
